Retarder Proofer
GENERAL FEATURE:
- Retarder-Proofer is a cabinet with a controlled and adjustable temperature and relative humidity. During the final stage of the cycle, it transforms from a cold storage room to a heated cabinet to proving Dough.
- Retarder-Proofer Refrigerated temperature 2~5℃ and Fermentation temperature 15~38℃
- Retarder-Proofer Freezing temperature -15℃ and Fermentation temperature 15~38℃
- Proofer Room Conditioner Can ferment 8 trolleys.
- Work of pressing dough into thin pieces in the western-style cake shops, hotels, restaurants, company dining halls, and so on.
- All parts in contact with food are made of stainless steel or steel with specially treated surfaces, which are endurable in use and in conformity with national food hygiene standard.
