How do I do Business with you?
① inquiry: you can visit our website: http://hotelrestaurantequipment.com, when you choose the right product, you can email to admin@hotelrestaurantequipment.com.
② Quotation: Then our salesmen will send you a quotation sheet according to your inquiry.
③ PI(Proforma Invoice): PI is drafted for the customer to further confirm the product and price information. Usually, it is regarded as the contract before drafting the formal contract.
④ Deposit: Usually, we accept 30% deposit in advance, the 70% balance should be paid before the shipment.
⑤ Production: After receiving the deposit, then we arrange the production and it usually takes about 15-30 days.
⑥ QC: When the production completed, our QC member will check the product strictly and carefully according to customer’s requirement.
⑦ Balance: After preparing all your goods we will notice you pay off the 70% balance.
⑧ Shipment: we’ll arrange delivery when we guarantee all your goods in good packing after receiving your full payment.
⑨ Install: The relative install & using documents will be sent to you after receiving from the forwarder.
What is Exw, FOB & CIF price?
EXW: Ex work, Product cost.
FOB: Free on board, Product cost + domestic transportation cost + export charge.
CIF: Cost, insurance & Freight, FOB price + insurance + ocean freight.
How to ensure the normal use of the equipment, how long is the warranty period?
According to international practice, the warranty period is one year from the date of shipment. apparently non-artificial damaged, we have one year Guarantee for free Spare parts ,sending to your freight forwarding ,if need urgent, air cargo cost should on your side. The life of commercial equipment is generally 5 to 10 years, during which normal maintenance equipment is required, V.Kitchen provides about 5% worth of wearing parts and other spare parts for each order, you don't need to worry about the normal maintenance of equipment.
What is product warranty policy?
1. Warranty period is 24 months from delivery date or installation date. Warranty applies to machine system and parts, excluded wear and tear items such as light bulbs, gaskets, wire shelves, etc.
2. Warranty does not cover any consequential damages, down time or other expenses directly or indirectly resulting from break down.
3. Warranty does not include units that are subjected to misuse, neglect, abuse, improper maintenance, improper installation, unauthorized alteration, damages during transportation, power surges, poor supply voltage, chemical damages, water damage, flood or other risks.
4. V.Kitchen offers lifetime technical support and spare parts supply for our products. Within the warranty period, no cost necessary for spare parts if approved by V.Kitchen; After the expiration of the warranty, V.kitchen will also supply the spare parts with reasonable price and some professional guidance.
Remark: If something is broken, sending picture to show the details would be more helpful for us to replace an exact one you need.

I'm planning a new restaurant, can you help me with the design?
Yes, our design team will plan the equipment layout for your restaurant kitchen. The size and function of all equipment will be clearly reflected in the commercial kitchen equipment list. The cost of kitchen design can be deducted from the kitchen equipment order.
What information do I need to provide about Commercial kitchen design?
If you have a CAD drawing from the builder, it will be very clear what we need to kitchen design range. If you don't have CAD drawings, you can manually measure the size of the kitchen, mark the location and size of doors, windows and exhaust. Our design will plan the layout of the kitchen equipment according to the type of dishes in your restaurant.
Can you provide designs for commercial laundry rooms?
Yes, we plan the layout of your laundry room equipment based on the cleaning weight your laundry room needs to provide.
Do you sell to the General Public? Do I need to be a member or business owner to shop at V.Kitchen?
Our stores and our Website are open to the public and we do not require "membership." However, most of the large equipment we sell is for COMMERCIAL USE ONLY and cannot be used in a home environment because of zoning and safety regulations.
How quickly will my order be shipped?
Our products are for commercial use, because the standards of different countries and regions are different, we only have some products in stock. About goods stock please consult our sales. In stock products we will ship within 3 working days after confirming the order. However, V.Kitchen cannot guarantee a Carrier's delivery time.
Can I order Online, and Pick-up my order in the Store?
If you are located near our Guangzhou-China Warehouse, you may wish to save shipping costs by picking up your order directly, rather than having it shipped to you. Because of the volume of the product, most of our goods cannot be shipped by express. Different countries and regions have different usage standards. Products need to be customized and shipped, which usually takes 15 to 30 working days. Please get in touch with our Product Consultants for correct delivery times and shipping costs to help you confirm your order.
I am having trouble viewing the Manufacturer Spec Sheets. I click on the link or icon, but the file won't open up! What can I do?
The Manufacturer Spec sheets are PDF files that open in a new Browser window. If the links are not working, you should check to make sure you have DISABLED YOUR POP-UP BLOCKER while on our Website.
