I'm planning a new restaurant, can you help me with the design?
Yes, our design team will plan the equipment layout for your restaurant kitchen. The size and function of all equipment will be clearly reflected in the commercial kitchen equipment list. The cost of kitchen design can be deducted from the kitchen equipment order.
What information do I need to provide about Commercial kitchen design?
If you have a CAD drawing from the builder, it will be very clear what we need to kitchen design range. If you don't have CAD drawings, you can manually measure the size of the kitchen, mark the location and size of doors, windows and exhaust. Our design will plan the layout of the kitchen equipment according to the type of dishes in your restaurant.
Can you provide designs for commercial laundry rooms?
Yes, we plan the layout of your laundry room equipment based on the cleaning weight your laundry room needs to provide.

How to ensure the normal use of the equipment, how long is the warranty period?
According to international practice, the warranty period is one year from the date of shipment. apparently non-artificial damaged, we have one year Guarantee for free Spare parts ,sending to your freight forwarding ,if need urgent, air cargo cost should on your side. The life of commercial equipment is generally 5 to 10 years, during which normal maintenance equipment is required, V.Kitchen provides about 5% worth of wearing parts and other spare parts for each order, you don't need to worry about the normal maintenance of equipment.
Do you sell to the General Public? Do I need to be a member or business owner to shop at V.Kitchen?
Our stores and our Website are open to the public and we do not require "membership." However, most of the large equipment we sell is for COMMERCIAL USE ONLY and cannot be used in a home environment because of zoning and safety regulations.
How quickly will my order be shipped?
Our products are for commercial use, because the standards of different countries and regions are different, we only have some products in stock. About goods stock please consult our sales. In stock products we will ship within 3 working days after confirming the order. However, V.Kitchen cannot guarantee a Carrier's delivery time.
Can I order Online, and Pick-up my order in the Store?
If you are located near our Guangzhou-China Warehouse, you may wish to save shipping costs by picking up your order directly, rather than having it shipped to you. Because of the volume of the product, most of our goods cannot be shipped by express. Different countries and regions have different usage standards. Products need to be customized and shipped, which usually takes 15 to 30 working days. Please get in touch with our Product Consultants for correct delivery times and shipping costs to help you confirm your order.
