1. Warranty Coverage
We provide a 24-month factory limited warranty for all our brand-new commercial kitchen & laundry equipment, valid starting from the date of shipment from China.
The warranty covers factory manufacturing defects on main core components. We supply free replacement spare parts for faulty parts confirmed to be caused by production quality issues.

2. Exclusions Not Covered by Warranty
- Damage caused by incorrect installation, improper power voltage, wrong operation, man-made collision or modification of equipment structure;
- Consumable wearing parts: sealing rings, light bulbs, filters, rubber gaskets, control buttons, grease, cleaning accessories;
- Damage from natural disasters, fire, water soaking, unstable local power supply;
- Freight cost, local onsite service labor fee for replacement installation overseas is not included within the warranty.

3. Warranty Service Process
Customers shall provide photos or short videos to verify faulty problems first. We will arrange corresponding spare parts delivery within 3–7 working days after confirmation, Customer's warehouse address in China (Shipping costs for parts only include domestic shipping within China, excluding export shipping costs)..
We offer lifelong paid technical guidance and spare parts supply after the expiration of the free warranty period.

4. Remarks
This warranty applies only to original equipment purchased directly from our official website. Unauthorized resold second-hand units are not eligible for this warranty service.
